Once you have 4+ boxes, request a free prepaid return label using the form on this page. Repack your boxes, liners, gel packs, and bottles — then drop them at any USPS or UPS location.
We Inspect & Sanitize
Every returned item goes through our quality inspection. Boxes are checked for structural integrity. Bottles are sterilized at commercial-grade temperatures. Everything is cleaned and prepped for reuse.
Get Your Rebate
Once materials pass inspection, your rebate is credited to your FSD account. Use it toward your next order — no expiration.

The Recycle Deposit
A Small Deposit.
A Full Refund.
At checkout, you'll see a small Recycle Deposit included with perishable orders. This covers the cost of the return label and packaging inspection.
When you return your materials and they pass inspection, you get the deposit back plus your rebate. Most customers come out ahead.
If you choose not to return your packaging, the deposit helps offset the cost of new materials — so we can keep prices low for everyone.
