Cottage food laws require in-state sales only. Your products will be visible to customers in your state. This is a legal requirement we take seriously — we automatically restrict your listings to in-state buyers.
We process payments through Stripe. You get paid directly to your bank account. Payouts happen on a rolling basis — no waiting 30 days for your money.
Some states cap annual cottage food sales; many, including Nebraska, have no cap at all. Your state's exact limit is listed in our free guide. Tracking your own total is your responsibility — we don't monitor it for you, and we'd rather tell you that than let you assume otherwise.
