The Lithuanian Bakery is an Eastern European Bakery started in 1962 by a Lithuanian Couple bringing fresh ethnic breads, pastries and Desserts to the Omaha, Nebraska and surrounding populations. As time went on, they created a handmade Napoleonas Torte, which is handmade pastry wafers creamed with custard in between each layer and filled the center with a fruit filling. It became famous and well renowned across the United States and eventually made it to T.V. Audiences on the Q.V.C. T.V. Show and shipped nationwide and to Canada to individuals, and grocery store chains.
